Process: Review contemporary literature about models of organisational effectiveness identifying their advantages, disadvantages and limitations and to which organisation they are most suited as a measurement of organisational performance.
Briefly describe your organisation using an appropriate structural model identify the methods used by the organisation to determine its performance.
Participants are then to compare the actual measures used against the literature to determine the appropriateness of the measure.
Draw conclusions concerning your organization and its future growth prospects.
The paper may include tables, appendices, graphs and references and must have an executive summary.
