Take a look at the right top, it stated "1.1 Phil Knight, 1.2 Carlos Ghosan, 1.3 Knight vs Ghosan", this is an idea of how to compare and contrast 2 leaders in each content listed in page 2, e.g. communication skills, leadership style, motivation etc.
Some information:
- Introduction should not elaborate very much on the 2 leaders background, it can be included in Appendix.
- Compare and contrast the leadership styles that both leaders adopted.
- Less on theories, but...
- Argue and criticize more on towards both leaders leadership style, decision made in past, culture and structure of organization created
