Pico Sdn Bhd has been in the business for the last 10 years in Many employees have expressed that task delegation from their superiors are not equal. This came to light, during the yearly staff that some people are overloaded with work, while some of them are quite free. Job delegation has caused work related stress to some employees. Many of the tasks delegated, wasn’t completed successfully, or leaded to failure, due to lack of ‘right fit resource’. Jobs are being delegated, without giving them the authority to decide, the solution of the given task. Everything has been decided by the superior. |
