The "5S Principle" is basically a Japanese principle which is targeted to performing a list of
activities namely; Sorting, Straightening, Shining, Standardizing, and Sustaining, that promotes
organisation and efficiency in the workplace.
Select a company of your choice and describe the methodology you would adopt for the
implementation of the "5S principle" in that company. Critically analyse the implementation of
the "5S principle" with respect to the principles of "Total Quality Management" and how it could
complement the ISO certification process? In your assignment you are also required to evaluate
